House Rules
-No Pets Allowed! This is due to an allergy free home and the nature of the home is not safe for pets.
-No smoking indoors! Ashtrays are located under sink if needed for outdoor use only.
-Please remove shoes when going on carpet/rugs if possible!
-No parties or events! You can still have fun! There are noise monitors if noise remains at or above 85DB (day) 75DB (night) for 10mins or longer and a notification will be sent out letting you know to turn it down a little. It's a quiet neighborhood, we'd like to keep it that way. Movies are still very loud at/under 75DB, so no worries there.
-Turn ON when using and OFF when not using natural gas grill (red knob lever). Fire propane pit (slide out propane tank) to turn the knob on and off.
-Use timers for electric fireplace at night to avoid it being on the whole night/day if using for long periods of time.
